Starting salary: £37,333 – £44,800

Starting at £37,333 – £44,800, your salary will increase at 6 month and then 12 months, with the possibility of an annual bonus of up to 10%.

Our salary structure aims to reward loyalty and professional development within Advo.
As a Telephone Disability Assessor at Advo you can also earn an annual bonus of up to 10% of your base salary. This would be split into 2 payments at each half year and the amount would be determined by your balance scorecard.
Disability Assessor 0 – 6 months service
£37,333 pa – £44,800 pa
Disability Assessor 6 – 12 months service
£38,333 pa – £45,800 pa
Disability Assessor 12 months +
£39,333 pa – £46,800 pa

Award winning training —
Working as a Disability Assessor you will maintain your professional registration and expand your skills and knowledge as a healthcare professional.
You will receive all of the training that you need to do the role with us and have a minimum of 36 hours of protected continuing professional development (CPD) time annually, with access to our award-winning learning resources. Our training is accredited by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).
Be challenged in new ways —
Working as a Telephone Disability Assessor is a challenging but rewarding role.
You will use your skills as a healthcare professional in new ways, honing your communication skills and broadening your experience working with complex conditions.
Day to day you will also write comprehensive and accurate reports, helping you to practice and fine-tune your written assessment skills.
