London, South East and East Anglia

The Health Assessment Advisory Service in London, South East and East Anglia is delivered by Ingeus.

If you need to get in touch with Ingeus, their enquiry lines are open between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday. You will need to have your National Insurance number to hand.

The Health Assessment Advisory Service in the South West is delivered by Serco.
