Within delivery, while there are different subgroups in terms of reporting lines we operate an integrated approach. The relationship and interaction between all levels and teams is fundamental.
Although the reporting lines maybe different to what you are used to, each CPL will be working with a specific OM, similarly the OM will have specific Customer Coordinators to work with. This would still enable a cohesive approach to support the team of assessors but essentially it gives each staff set a dedicate leader to develop each speciality team.
