Where do I work from on 9 September?

Your induction will take place at an assessment centre or remotely. Earlier this month, we sent you a link to Survey Monkey and asked you to share your preferred location. Please ensure you complete this by Wednesday 28 August.

The location of your induction will be confirmed in letter three, which will be sent to you week commencing 26 August.

What do I wear?

At Advo we have a “dress for your day” policy which means taking a common-sense approach towards how you dress for each day, ensuring you always maintain a professional standard of appearance.

For the induction we would recommend a smart-casual dress code and something you feel comfortable in.

What will I be doing on my first day?

You working day will start from 9am at which point you will have time to log onto your devices and get set-up.

There will be a managers briefing before we all come together for a call to welcome you all followed by various activities tailored to your role.

When do I learn about any new processes / policies?

You will be given protected time during the first two days and week to understand these.

Who do I notify if I cannot work or am running late on 9 September?

Once you have received confirmation of your line manager, if this remains the same, please contact them as you would do previously.

If you have a manager that you have not met before, please contact absence@advohealth.co.uk as soon as you can and we can pass on the details to your manager.

What happens if I am working remotely on 9 September and I cannot log onto either device?

In the first instance contact your line manager where possible.

I have not received my welcome pack containing my Advo device, who do I contact?

You should have received your welcome pack between 19 August – 4 September.

If you have been able to track your package, please contact the courier service.

Otherwise, please contact communications@advohealth.co.uk

When will my induction take place if I do not work Mondays or have annual leave booked in?

You will get protected time when you come back to work which will be arranged locally with your line manager.
