Your welcome and on-boarding letters

Over the next few weeks you will be receiving three letters from us that include important information about your transfer to Advo, your induction and team and other elements to support our on-boarding activities and smooth transition to Advo.

All three letters will be sent to your current work email address, and it will be sent from FASQueries@advohealth.co.uk.

The key dates for the letters are: W/C 12 August, W/C 19 August and W/C 26 August. This letter can land in your inbox at anytime during the working week.

IT equipment communication

You will also receive an email from ITnotifications@ascenti.co.uk and this will include information about your IT equipment. You can read more about your IT equipment in this article here.

The delivery of your device and welcome pack will take place between 19 August – 2 September. Please look out for information from DPD about the tracking and delivery options of your package.
