When is Advo pay day?

Pay day is on the last working day of the month – for September this is Monday 30 September.

How can I check my annual leave entitlement and when can I book leave?

Your entitlement will be available in our HR system, Launchpad, which you can access once you have transferred. We will also add any future booked leave to Launchpad for you. You will also be able to book leave through Launchpad.

When can out of hours working be requested?

As soon as we are able to advertise overtime opportunities we will communicate this with all staff members, we anticipate this will be communicated within the first two weeks following transfer.

How will my September pay be taxed?

We are working with your current employer to understand when they will be able to share your P45 data with us. As soon as we have this clarity we will confirm whether your tax code will be different in September.

Who do I talk to about my personal circumstances and/or any informal arrangements or adjustments?

We are no longer arranging 1-2-1 meetings ahead of 7 September, however if you have anything that you wish to discuss with us, please arrange a 1-2-1 meeting with your manager once you have transferred.

How do I find out details about the pension?

Details are included in transfer letter being issued w/c 12 August and further details will be shared on this welcome hub. Once you join us you will also be able to view this information on our intranet (Pulse) which you can access once you have transferred.

How do I contact the People Team?

If you have any questions about the letters that you have received, or queries that need to be answered before you transfer then please e-mail the FAS Project Team on FASQueries@advohealth.co.uk.

From 9 September you will be able to contact the People Team directly and details of their contact e-mail will be shared in your induction.

How do I contact IT?

Our Ascenti Digital Team will contact you directly with all the information you need, including their contact details for any queries. You can also find an article from the team on this hub.

Where can I find details of Advo benefits?

A full list of your benefits is detailed in the transfer letter and further details about Advo Health benefits will be available to you on our intranet (Pulse) once you have transferred.

Where can I find a copy of all the Advo policies?

All Advo Health policies have been shared with your current employer. Once you join us you can review these again on our intranet, Pulse.
